Danti builds AI software for businesses. For the information you send through this website, we are the controller under UK data protection law.

What we collect
When you use the request form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, the services you're interested in, team size, and what you write about your task.
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and loads its fonts from our own server.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, arrange a call and, if you go ahead, prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps you've asked for before entering a contract.
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which stores them and emails them to us. Formspree is based in the United States. This website is hosted by Render.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, we keep it with our business records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
