Inbox assistant

A shared inbox fills up with enquiries, booking requests, complaints and invoices all mixed together. The inbox assistant reads each new email, sorts it, picks out the details that matter, and drafts a reply in your tone. Your team checks the draft and sends it. Nothing goes out on its own.

We build this to order for each business. Here's how it would work and what we'd need from you. Get in touch and we'll scope it with you first.

How it works

  1. A new email arrives

In the shared inbox you already use.

  2. It's sorted and summarised

Enquiry, booking, complaint, invoice or other, with names, dates and job details picked out.

  3. A reply is drafted

Using your standard answers, opening hours, prices and policies.

  4. Your team checks and sends

Edit the draft if needed, then send it from your normal email.

What your team sees

Sorted as a booking request, with "leaking tap, mornings, next week" picked out, and a draft reply offering your next available morning slots.

  • Enquiry and quote requests
  • Booking and rescheduling requests
  • Order and delivery questions
  • Logging complaints so none are missed

A good fit if

  • Someone spends an hour or more a day on the inbox
  • Many emails ask similar questions
  • Things sometimes get missed

What we'll need from you

  • Access to the shared inbox (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace)
  • Your standard answers, policies and opening hours
  • A few examples of good replies
