How we handle your data
The tools we build handle your customers' details, your prices and sometimes your staff records. Here's how we look after them.
- A separate system for each client
- Your tool runs as its own app with its own database. Your data is never stored alongside another business's.
- Stored in the EU
- Apps and databases are hosted on Render's servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Only your team and us
- Each member of your staff has their own login, and admins can remove access when someone leaves. Danti can access your system to support it.
- Passwords and sign-in
- Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never as plain text. Repeated failed sign-ins are blocked, and all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- The AI only sees what it needs
- We send the AI the details needed for the task and nothing else. For example, the security installer's proposal tool never sends prices to the AI.
- Not used to train AI
- We use Anthropic's commercial API. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through the API isn't used to train their models by default.
- A person checks the output
- Documents and replies are drafts until a member of your team checks and sends them.
- Yours to take with you
- Ask at any time for a full export of your records and documents. If you stop using the service, we send the export and then delete your data.
