Proposals for a security installer
Our work for a UK company that installs alarms and CCTV for homes and businesses.
The problem
After each site survey, someone wrote the proposal by hand in Word. That meant copying prices from a spreadsheet, describing the same equipment again for every customer, and fixing the layout each time. It was slow, and prices could be copied wrongly.
What we built
A web app the surveyors sign in to. They enter the client, the property, their concerns and the equipment needed. The software prices everything from the company's own product list, including VAT. The AI writes a clear explanation of why each item suits that property, in the company's tone. Out comes a branded Word proposal.
Every proposal is saved, so staff can search for any client and download what was sent. Admins update product prices themselves. Proposals already sent keep the prices they were issued with.
How it keeps prices right
The AI never sees a price. It only writes the words. Every figure in the proposal comes from the product list, calculated by the software, so a total can't be made up or mistyped.
